Blue Ribbon

Each year in April, Strong Families, Safe Kids hosts the annual Blue Ribbon Campaign. Blue Ribbons are distributed throughout the community in memory of the children who have been victims of child abuse and neglect.  This public awareness campaigns tells people how to identify suspected child abuse or neglect and how they can help an overwhelmed parent, or report their concerns if necessary.
